It's Shark Week on Discovery! Pretty much the most terrifying week on television... now in its 20th year. And don't forget what Tracy Jordan says about Shark Week.
Hot Fuzz on DVD. Did you see Shaun of the Dead? This was ten times funnier. It's about a tough, big town cop who gets sent to a sleepy country town... but uncovers some true crime while he's there. I just ordered my copy and it will be here tomorrow.
Andy Samberg on Late Night with Conan O'Brien. It's always fun when former SNL-writer Conan has SNL stars on his show. He seems to have an affinity for them. And Andy Samberg's a pretty funny guy.
Katee Sackhoff on Jimmy Kimmel Live. I don't watch Jimmy, but I adore Katee as 'Starbuck' on Battlestar Galactica. I suppose she'll be pimping her new NBC show, Bionic Woman, where she plays another bad ass who likes to fight.
Matt Damon guests on Late Show with David Letterman. Last time he was on, he did this great impression of shirtless Matthew McConaughey. I like a guy who laughs at himself (and others).
Chelsea Handler is a guest co-host on The View. There are very few reasons I would watch this show, but if Chelsea's not on her best behavior, it could be some good stuff. I'll TiVo it just in case.
Matt Damon guests on The Daily Show. Matt's pimping his new movie, but he also makes a pretty entertaining talk show guest.
The Bourne Ultimatum, starring Matt Damon. The final installment of the series, which has really struck a chord with me. I've got my fingers crossed for this one because, so far, many of this summer's sequels have been duds.

The Ten, directed by David Wain. The crew from MTV's The State and Wet, Hot American Summer have come up with another movie. This time it's about the ten commandments. I'm a little nervous because their last movie, The Baxter, was pretty awful. This one may be a future rental.
Hot Rod, starring Andy Samberg and Isla Fisher. SNL star Samberg's first big movie. Not too excited by the previews... I'll wait for the reviews but right now I'm also thinking this one's also a renter.
Bratz. Ugh. 'Nuff said.
Charlie Bartlett, starring Robert Downey Jr. After getting kicked out of every private school, Charlie Bartlett attends public school and becomes a restroom psychiatrist for his classmates.
The Company, starring Chris O'Donnell & Michael Keaton. I'm reviewing this for TV Squad this week. It's a 6-hour mini-series about the history of the CIA. A lot more in-depth than the Matt Damon/Angelina Jolie flick from last year.
