This is a poster of the immunizations campaign in the county we live in here in Oregon.
Elliot did get her shots a few weeks ago and it was no fun at all. She did alright with the shots and recovered quickly. But later that night she was obviously in pain and we could see that her thighs were all red. That was a miserable few hours. The next day she had a slight fever and was all sleepy and cuddly. I'm not looking forward to the next round of shots in January.

The second round is easier! LV just had a brief fever for the afternoon. And the third round she had no reaction to at all (other than screaming at the time of the shot of course). Babies start to build up an immunity to the shots and react far less.
